The Adult Oncology and Chemotherapy Clinic of the “Yeolyan” Hematology and Oncology Center was established in 2019. The clinic provides treatment for patients with malignant solid tumors․

- Gastrointestinal and Neuroendocrine Tumor Working Group (USA–Armenia) with Professor Philip A. Philip from the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute
- Breast Cancer Working Group (Canada–Armenia) with experts from McGill University and the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal
- Sarcoma Case Discussion Platform (Germany–Armenia) with specialists from Münster University Hospital and Professor Jörg W. Waldmann
The clinic serves as the clinical base for the Department of Oncology at Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU), where students undergo oncology training, and clinical residents receive specialized training to become oncologists.
The medical staff has received training at leading hospitals in Europe and the USA and actively participates in international scientific conferences, seminars, and webinars. The doctors are members of various oncology associations, including ASCO, ESMO, ESO, and AAHO, and have published numerous scientific papers, including in prestigious international journals.
Treatment protocols adhere to international guidelines from NCCN, ESMO, ASCO, and EAU. The clinic offers all modern forms of pharmacological therapy, including standard chemotherapy and hormone therapy, as well as the latest immunotherapy and targeted therapy options. Additionally, it provides complex high-dose chemotherapy, notably the high-dose Methotrexate MAP protocol for osteosarcoma, the first of its kind in Armenia.
The clinic also serves a large number of international patients, particularly from Germany, Cuba, Malaysia, Russia, and other countries. Treatment for patients from the UK and other nations is provided through the Compassionate Use program with innovative medications.
It is the first clinic in Armenia to initiate clinical trials with the latest immunotherapeutic agents (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT06322108). Ongoing clinical trials include:
