At the Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, we are committed to delivering high-quality service to every visitor through a patient-centered approach. To enhance the experience and improve queue management, the Center has implemented advanced electronic systems, payment terminals, and information monitors.
The Reception Department and the Information Desk serve as the primary and essential points of contact for our patients and visitors. From the moment they arrive, individuals are provided with comprehensive and accurate information regarding medical services, available specialists, appointment scheduling, and treatment procedures.
Both the Reception and the Information Desk work closely with the Center’s various departments, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient patient referrals. When necessary, patients who approach the reception are promptly assisted by the appropriate specialist, enabling on-site consultations and the organization of either inpatient or outpatient care.
The smooth and uninterrupted operation of the medical center is made possible through the coordinated and purposeful collaboration of various professionals.
