The Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center offers a dedicated Endocrinology Service specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders in patients with hematological and oncological conditions, both existing and those arising during treatment.

A specialized, patient-centered approach is also provided for endocrine complications associated with immunotherapy and other modern, effective cancer treatments.

The primary conditions managed by the Endocrinology Service include:

• Diabetes mellitus
• Obesity and metabolic disorders
• Thyroid gland diseases (including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and others)
• Adrenal gland disorders
• Central endocrine disorders involving the hypothalamus, pituitary, and peripheral endocrine organs
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (as part of a multidisciplinary team)

The service ensures comprehensive, multidisciplinary care, prevention, and management of treatment-related complications, as well as long-term follow-up and care planning in collaboration with relevant specialists.
