Founded in 1968, the Morphological Laboratory has been at the forefront of diagnosing and assessing hematological disorders. Specializing in the cellular analysis of blood and bone marrow, the laboratory provides essential data that supports accurate diagnosis and effective patient care across a wide range of medical conditions.
The laboratory performs comprehensive analyses of lymph node punctates and tissue imprints from various organs. These investigations are essential for diagnosing acute and chronic leukemias, thrombocytic system disorders, and different forms of anemia, both inherited and acquired. They also play a crucial role in identifying malignancies of various origins, including metastatic involvement of the bone marrow and other biological fluids.
